Broad Function
The Account Representative is responsible for seeking and acquiring new business across numerous industries and geography. Initiate and grow customer relationships. Maintain strong focus on closing new opportunities.
Essential Functions
- Identify new business opportunities through direct outreach and research utilizing media and data services
- Develop strategies and grow contacts / relationships with new customers
- Tracking, by utilizing CRM, opportunities from initial identification, evaluation, proposal and contract award
- Present and demonstrate service offerings and value proposition
- Create a portfolio of accounts with the target market and services Brock offers
- Identify new business opportunities within new and existing accounts
- Act as liaison between customer and company, maintaining effective communication and collaboration
- Cultivate relationships with key decision makers in target organizations
- Monitor customer satisfaction and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Stay informed of market trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with the proposal team, coordinate activities and provide feedback
- Provide regular reports to leadership on the performance of accounts
Working Conditions
- Working remote and at Brock office locations
- Occasional to frequent travel, as needed

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, construction or other relevant discipline
- Basic understanding of selling services to major industries 3 to 5 years relevant experience
