Responsibilities
- Support the origination, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities
- Conduct financial analysis, market assessments, and commercial due diligence
- Prepare investment memoranda, financial models, and internal materials
- Work closely with senior investment professionals throughout the deal execution process
- Support the monitoring and strategic development of portfolio companies
- Contribute to value creation initiatives alongside portfolio management teams
Profile
- 1.5 – 5 years of professional experience
- Background in one of the following areas:
- Strategy consulting (e.g. MBB or comparable firms)
- Transaction advisory / deals
- Private equity
- Strategy or value creation roles within industry
- Strong analytical capabilities and financial modelling skills
- Exposure to transactions, investment analysis, or strategic projects
- Outstanding academic track record
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English required (additional European languages are a plus)
