Job Overview:
Responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of product installations. Maintains and updates installation schedules, calendars, and agendas to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion. Confirms installer availability and coordinates appointment scheduling, ensuring clear communication with clients and internal teams. Acts as a liaison between the company and builders, promptly communicating any changes to installation dates. Collaborates closely with project managers and installation teams to support the successful execution of installation projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining project documentation and tracking project milestones.

Communicate with clients to understand their installation needs and provide timely updates.

Coordinate logistics for installation/delivery teams, ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are available.

Help troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process and provide solutions.

Participate in post-installation follow-up to ensure client satisfaction
