In this role, you’ll guide customers through the entire cabinet design and selection process, from the first consultation to the final sale. What You’ll Do:

Meet with customers to understand their cabinet and design needs

Generate new business through calls, outreach, and relationship building

Provide expert guidance on cabinet styles, materials, finishes, and custom options

Assist customers with cabinet layouts and design selections

Prepare accurate quotes and follow up with clients to close sales

Build lasting relationships with homeowners, builders, and contractors

Meet or exceed quarterly sales goals

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience

Participate in product training and stay current on design trends
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in cabinet sales, kitchen design, or home improvement sales

Ability to guide customers confidently through design and purchasing decisions
- 3 years of experience using 2020 Design Software.
- Field experience to understand the requirements for different cabinet specifications and installations.
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the home improvement or cabinetry industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency with sales software and Microsoft Office.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
