This is a contract, on-site role for a Design Specialist located in Atlanta, GA. The Design Specialist will collaborate with clients to bring their design visions to life, guide them through the selection of design elements, and ensure all home designs are functional and aesthetically pleasing. Duties include conducting design consultations, preparing design plans, coordinating with builders and architects, and managing project timelines to meet client needs.
- Proficiency in interior design principles, space planning, and material selection
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working closely with clients and team members
- Organizational and project management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar programs
- Knowledge of modern design trends and an eye for detail
- Experience in residential construction or new home design is a plus
- Ability to work effectively on-site and adapt to client requirements
- Bachelor's degree or certification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
