Required work experience

• Class A CDL
• Clean driving record
• 2 years driving experience hauling heavy equipment
• Heavy Equipment Knowledge a plus

Responsibilities of this job

• Showing up on time
• Maintaining equipment (tractor/trailer)
• Loading
• Unloading
• Securing Load
• Transport load
• Being safe and doing it in a timely fashion
• Misc help around the shop as needed

Skills

• Knowledge of trucks
• Team Player
• Lowboy, slide axle and step-deck background
• Running equipment
• Maintaining log books
• Comply with all safety rules

Physical Requirements

• Standing
• Walking
• Sitting for 2-4 hours
• Pushing and Pulling
• Climbing, stooping and bending
• Periodic lifting of 50-75 pounds

Environmental Working Conditions

• All work is performed outside in heat, cold, and inclement weather.

• Work in close proximity to heavy traffic
