Compensation & Benefits
- $23–$28 per hour, based on experience (90-day probationary period)

Responsibilities
As a full-time, in-the-field Pest Control Technician, you will:
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest activity
- Identify pests and apply appropriate treatments according to label instructions
- Communicate clearly with customers about findings, treatments, and prevention
- Maintain accurate paperwork and service documentation via software
- Provide professional, courteous customer service at all times
- Follow all safety, regulatory, and company standards
Qualifications
We’re looking for reliable, customer-focused individuals who meet the following requirements:
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Customer-first mindset and professional demeanor
- Eligible to work in the United States
- High school diploma or GED
- Clean driving record and criminal background
- Valid driver’s license (held for at least 3 years)
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically able to: Climb stairs and ladders, crawl, stoop, and work in tight spaces, lift up to 30 pounds

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
