Responsibilities and Duties:
As a full-time, in-the-field pest control technician, your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving a Company Vehicle – Safely travel to and from customer accounts.
- Pest Identification & Treatment – Determine and apply appropriate treatments for specific pests.
- Customer Communication – Advise customers on necessary treatments and preventative measures.
- Inspections – Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest problems.
- Paperwork & Documentation – Complete all required paperwork after each job.
- Scheduling Coordination – Communicate with the office team to ensure efficient scheduling.
- Pesticide Application – Apply treatments according to label instructions while maintaining safety standards.
- Customer Service – Respond to customer requests with professionalism and care.
- Sales Opportunities – Identify and promote additional company services and products.
- Chemical Adjustments – Modify chemical mixtures based on the size and nature of the infestation.
Qualifications and Skills:
