Job Summary:
This is a job opening for a front desk/concierge position at a facial plastic surgery office in Plano, TX. A person that connects easily and who genuinely cares about patient wellbeing will do well.
Our mission is to make the lives of our patients better. First and foremost, we look to make them feel better about themselves. We offer our services when appropriate to help people meet their goals through both non- surgical and surgical interventions. Skin care, aesthetic treatments, light and laser devices, injectables, and a full spectrum of facial cosmetic procedures are performed.

- Exceptional customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to and for the patients via various formats including face to face interactions, phone calls, emails, texts, EHR, and through social media platforms
- Organization, task completion, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment is essential.
- Ability to optimize a clinic / surgical schedule and utilize problem solving when changes are necessary
- Understanding importance, impact, and the discretionary nature of elective functional and aesthetic procedures
Schedule:
Weekday full-time position, M-F, minimum 36 hrs /week.
