What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Technician - Nissan of Portland position at Broadway Toyota?
Nissan of Portland is looking to expand our Service department and has an immediate opening for Automotive Technicians.
Must have proven experience in the following areas
- Repairing broken or worn mechanical components
- Installing equipment, components and systems
- Testing vehicles both before and after repair
- Repairing electrical wiring, circuits and fixtures
- Inspections
- Use of power tools, machine tools, and more
Physical Requirements
- Lifting between 5 and 125 pounds
- Bending and twisting under cars
- Twisting with pressure
- Bending with weight
- Pushing with weight (example: pushing an engine or transmission on a rolling stand weighing approximately 700 pounds)
Nissan / Infiniti experience is desired, but not required. We are also interested in Master Technicians looking to advance their career.
We ask that all candidates have a current Driver's License, with a clean driving record and be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
