Powersports Driver / Lot Technician
Job Summary
Join our team as a Powersports Driver / Lot Technician, where you'll play a key role in keeping our dealership running smoothly. This position is split between transporting vehicles and equipment and maintaining an organized, customer ready dealership lot. The ideal candidate is comfortable driving a truck and trailer, operating a forklift, and confidently riding motorcycles. A CDL is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
- Transport motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports vehicles between dealerships, auctions, manufacturers, customer locations, and events.
- Safely operate a truck and trailer while following all DOT and company safety guidelines.
- Load, unload, secure, and transport vehicles using proper tie down procedures.
- Operate a forklift to unload deliveries and move inventory around the dealership.
- Ride motorcycles and operate other powersports vehicles to stage inventory and move units throughout the property.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and customer ready lot.
- Assist with receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming inventory.
- Prepare units for display by cleaning, fueling, charging batteries, checking tire pressure, and installing tags or accessories as needed.
- Assist the sales and service departments by moving units to and from the service shop and showroom.
- Perform basic inspections and report any cosmetic or mechanical issues.
- Keep trailers, equipment, and work areas clean and in good working condition.
- Occasionally assist with dealership events, deliveries, and other operational needs.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
- CDL preferred, but not required.
- Experience driving a truck and trailer strongly preferred.
- Experience operating a forklift preferred.
- Ability to confidently ride motorcycles is highly preferred.
- Experience towing enclosed or open trailers is a plus.
- Ability to safely load, secure, and transport powersports vehicles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Powersports, automotive, landscaping, construction, transportation, or equipment operation experience is a plus.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
