When you join our Portland, OR store, you'll earn $16.30 - $17.00/hour and receive paid time off (PTO). THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR RETAIL STORE ASSOCIATE
THE SCHEDULE:
You'll work part-time during our store hours (7:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday through Saturday, and 8:00 am to 8:00 pm on Sundays). Schedule flexibility is required, as you'll be working varied hours based on the store's needs.
YOUR ROLE:
You'll work in different parts of the store as directed, treating every customer respectfully and helping them however you can. Depending on the shift, you could be tinting paint, using key machines, making and repairing screens, or cutting glass/wood/pipes to specification. You could also be stationed at the cashier stand, processing transactions, handling cash, and thanking customers for shopping with us. You'll help keep inventory organized and assist with other tasks as needed to deliver great customer experiences!
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Schedule flexibility
- Physical ability to walk/stand for an 8-hour shift and lift 35 lbs. independently
- Basic technology proficiency
- PREFERRED - Hardware store department knowledge (Tools, Paint, Lawn and Garden, etc.)
