Broadview Animal Hospital is growing, and we're looking for a Full-Time Call Center Representative to join our team in Dover and Rochester, NH.
This is much more than answering phones.
Our Call Center team serves as the connection between worried pet owners and the care their pets need. Whether it's helping a client navigate a medical concern, finding an appointment for a sick pet, coordinating records, or simply being a reassuring voice during a stressful moment, our representatives play a critical role in the patient and client experience.

What You'll Be Doing
- Answering and managing incoming client calls
- Scheduling and rescheduling appointments
- Assisting clients with questions and concerns
- Working closely with doctors and medical teams
- Processing prescription requests
- Managing client emails
- Coordinating medical records
- Communicating with pet insurance companies
- Problem-solving and helping clients find solutions
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet all of the following requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
AND
- Experience in at least one of the following environments:
- Veterinary hospital
- Medical or dental office/call center
- Doggy daycare or kennel environment
