Broadview Animal Hospital is thrilled to announce that we’re expanding our talented team of Call Center Representatives! We are currently seeking a Full-Time Representative for our Rochester, NH location.

Our Call Center Representatives are the first point of contact for our clients and play a vital role in supporting pet parents and their beloved companions. If you are passionate about helping others and love animals, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Who We Treat

We welcome a wide range of patients including dogs, cats, ferrets, rabbits, reptiles, and pocket pets. Our team uses progressive techniques and protocols, supported by modern technology such as:

  • Cloud-based medical records
  • Digital radiography

  • Laparoscopy/arthroscopy
  • In-house diagnostic laboratory

Key Responsibilities

  • Educating and supporting clients
  • Answering and managing incoming phone calls
  • Scheduling and rescheduling appointments
  • Problem-solving and finding solutions
  • Liaising with doctors to address client questions and concerns
  • Processing online prescription approvals
  • Managing client emails
  • Communicating with insurance providers
  • Transferring and receiving medical records

Required Qualifications

Candidates must meet all the following criteria to be considered:

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  • Experience in one or more of the following settings:
  • Veterinary hospital
  • Medical/dental call center or front desk
  • Doggy daycare/kennel
  • High school diploma or GED

Proficiency in:

  • Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette
  • Multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear and empathetic communication
  • Time management and organization
  • Problem-solving and patience
