Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Behavioral Therapist LCSW/LCSW-A located in Charlotte, NC. The Behavioral Therapist will provide therapeutic services using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and other therapeutic strategies. Daily tasks include conducting behavior assessments, developing and implementing therapy plans, and providing support to individuals and their families. The role requires collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and progress tracking for each individual.

Qualifications
- Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis
- Strong Interpersonal Skills for effective communication and collaboration
- Knowledge of Psychology principles and practices
- Experience working with children is essential
- Proficiency in developing and implementing personalized therapy plans
- Master's degree in Social Work or a related field
- Current LCSW or LCSW-A licensure in North Carolina
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
- Experience with I/DD and mental health populations is a plus
