DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure at all times the provision of a safe and therapeutic environment for consumers and staff that inspires and communicates hope, safety, trust and opportunity through both the structural maintenance of each facility.
- Performs general maintenance and janitorial duties consistent with licensing and accreditation guidelines and standards and ensures compliance at all times.
- Maintains full compliance with all documentation, reporting and service provision within all contracts for services within the respective subsidiary.
- Performs all maintenance components of Facilities Management, to include but not limited to:
- Participate in the maintenance on-call schedule as assigned.
- Corrective repair – complete all corrective repairs within 72 hours, unless an Emergency situation requires immediate remedy.
- As needed, may be requested to support with transportation maintenance needs when applicable (van breaking down, transportation to place of service, estimate on work being done, etc.)
- Participate in monthly Winter Planning Committee during the winter months.
- Participate in winter snow removal and landscaping activities as assigned.
- Maintains a positive, professional relationship with all employees and external vendors.
- Possess a minimum of a high school diploma, or a GED equivalent;
- Relevant trade certification(s) preferred;
- Meet all licensing requirements set forth by the respective state of operation
- Possess a valid, regular (non-probationary) state driver’s license
- Have a minimum of two (2) years experience in maintenance or relevant building trades
Salary : $34,200 - $43,200
