ACTT is a direct and indirect periodic service where the ACTT staff provides direct intervention and arranges, coordinates, and monitors services on behalf of the recipient. This service is provided in any location. ACTT services are primarily provided in a range of community settings such as recipient’s home, school, homeless shelters, libraries, etc.

Job Duties:
- Providing administrative support to the ACT program team
- Maintaining statistical data on type, amount and provider treatment and rehabilitative services.
- Prepares reports including staff statistics, batch/billing reports, program monthly report and others as requested
- Maintaining case list, including information on treatment plan reviews, and provides monthly report to the Director.
- Preparing and completing Monthly Internal Audit.
- Responding to incoming calls during program hours.
- Enters all appointments.
- Monitoring and procuring general program supplies.
- Distributes mail
- Maintains all files.
- Other designated duties.
- High School Diploma
- 2 years of related clerical or administrative experience
- Strong Documentation Skills
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and quality of work
- Strong Verbal Communication Skills
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Teams
