Broadridge is growing! We are currently recruiting a Mail Processing Clerk to join our dynamic Production Operations team in South Windsor.
Work Mode: This is an on-site role that will be assigned to a Broadridge location where you will work 100% of the time.
Ensure daily operational workflow is met by moving the mailing trays along the Automated Container Line (ACL) and into trucks. Reports to supervisor.

Responsibilities:
- Sleeves and bundles trays, according to USPS and company standards, places them on pallets and shrink-wraps loads. Drives a pallet jack to move pallets and load into the trucks.
- Ability to follow in-depth work instructions and keep work flowing at the optimal pace to match the conditions.
- Monitors and is responsible for quality throughout each job. Completes all required
- documentation relevant to every job. May research and resolve problems resulting from diverted tray and may perform simple repairs on the ACL (e.g. clear jams).
- Follows all departmental and safety procedures.
- May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned.
- Experience within a production environment, with knowledge of postage rates and material confirmation
- Experience in the operation of material insert machines is necessary.
- Attention to detail, sound judgment and prioritizing skills
- Ability to adhere to all quality standards
- Ability to take direction and to work with a sense of urgency
- Computer skills a plus
- Ability to stand and work throughout duration of assigned shifts
- Requires standing for 12-hour shifts, pulling, pushing and lifting up to 70 lbs.
- Flexibility in work schedule, based on volume needs, which could require weekends, holidays and/or overtime
- Promote a professional work environment and adhere to all Broadridge’s policies
