The Opportunity
Project management with advancement towards business unit leadership.
Broadmoor is building its North Louisiana business unit, and we are looking for a senior project manager to grow with us and help lead it. This role is open at the Project Manager or Senior Project Manager level. You will be coached directly by one of our project executives as you take on increasing responsibility. From there, the advancement track in this office runs Senior Project Manager → Project Executive → Business Unit Leader for those who demonstrate the capability.
We have a multi-year backlog in North Louisiana with projects from $15 million to $120 million, and this office is built to serve the broader region. As a Louisiana-based general contractor specializing in complex CMAR and institutional work, we offer project scale and a career ceiling not otherwise available in this market.

Position Summary
The Senior Project Manager leads the project-management team for assigned commercial construction projects from preconstruction and startup through completion and closeout. The position oversees contract administration, procurement, document control, financial and risk management, scheduling, quality, and coordination with field operations. This leader will supervise and mentor Project Managers staff and will also help Broadmoor build strong client and industry relationships in Northwest Louisiana. This position reports to the Project Executive and the Chief Operations Officer.
Qualifications
The employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. The role regularly involves sitting, standing, walking, speaking, hearing, using a computer, and occasionally lifting or moving office equipment up to 20 pounds. Work is performed in office and jobsite environments and may include outdoor work, inclement weather, dust, dirt, fumes, chemicals, equipment noise, and vibration.

Qualifications
- Education - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience - Seven or more years of progressive experience in project management, field supervision, estimating, or preconstruction for a commercial general contractor or subcontractor.
- Construction expertise - Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, estimating, cost controls, contract administration, and commercial construction trades.
- Leadership - Demonstrated ability to lead project teams, mentor others, solve problems, manage client relationships, and communicate effectively.
- Technology and financial skills - Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office and construction project-management, estimating, and scheduling software, along with strong budgeting and financial-analysis skills.
- Regional commitment - Ability to work from and support projects in the Shreveport / Northwest Louisiana market, including travel among regional jobsites as needed.
