Position Summary
Broadmoor, LLC is looking for a reliable and safety-focused Construction Laborer/Buckhoist Operator to join our project team in Shreveport, LA. This individual must observe all Broadmoor, LLC safety protocols and be drug-free. Must have consistent and reliable transportation to and from the job site
This role is responsible for safely operating the buckhoist (personnel/material lift) and performing general labor duties on the construction site including but not limited to site cleanup, supporting skilled trade, loading and unloading deliveries. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, and attention to safety.
Qualifications and Physical Requirements
Previous construction or buckhoist operation experience preferred, knowledge of basic construction practices and safety standards, ability to follow verbal and written instructions and use and knowledge of small hand tools.
The physical requirement of this job is the ability to work outdoors in extreme conditions, cold, heat, humidity, and frequently at heights with fall protection. This position may be exposed to hazards associated with but not limited to dust, odors, fumes, noise, and vibration.
