What You’ll Do
- Provide hands-on, one-on-one care in a private home
- Support Clients with ADLs (bathing, toileting, transfers, meals, etc.)
- Work closely with Nurse Case Managers who help guide the care plan
- Build long-term relationships with Clients and their families
