Home Care Administrator & Client Relationship Manager
Broad Street Home Care is seeking an experienced Home Services Administrator with excellent Relationship skills to manage our Home Care Agency client-facing team.
This role is supported by a best-in-class HR operations team, with a scaled and smartly organized database resulting in both rapid outreach and selection of qualified Care Professionals (Our term for Caregivers).
The role is also supported by our affiliated Broad Street Advocates and Private Nursing operations which provides front-end Advocacy through our team of experience Nurses who serve as Healthcare Advocates. This better informs our clients and advises them on sustainable solutions based on resource constraints, so they know what to expect on the path of getting a solution in place.
Broad Street Advocates also provides access to a Professional Network of other complementary resources depending on their needs both now and in the future.
Broad Street Home Care was founded in 2014 and serves the entire Chicagoland communities, and just recently expanded into NW Indiana.
The Role:
You will work directly with families and their Care Professional teams, along with Supervisory Nurses and Candidate Placement agents and other HR staff.
The role evolves with the individual. The right candidate may contribute to:
• Client relationship building
• Strong working relationships with other service providers, including Broad Street Advocates and Private Nursing
• Collaboration with Advocates who can help advise on Client situations, clinical or otherwise
• Continue to develop and optimize our database to exceed industry metrics in terms of lower call-offs and service disruption (currently less than 3% call-offs)
• Build our Brand as the best Home Care Agency in Chicagoland and other locations as we look to expand

Qualifications:
• 5 years of Home Care Managerial experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to maintain Professionalism during difficult situations (Thick skinned)
• Interest in relationship-building within the professional community
• Strong technology skills and ability to adapt to new systems
