As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Market Manager to develop and expand our presence throughout Southwest Florida.
Position Summary
The Market Manager will be responsible for developing new business, building long-term client relationships, and managing opportunities through the full sales cycle. This role is well suited for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a relationship-driven environment and wants to play a foundational role in growing a territory.
The successful candidate will work closely with company ownership and a dedicated project support team, with the autonomy to develop business throughout Southwest Florida on their own terms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue throughout the Southwest Florida market
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial, education, healthcare, and government sectors
- Build and maintain relationships with business owners, facilities managers, architects, interior designers, contractors, and commercial real estate professionals
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, client meetings, proposal development, negotiation, and project follow-through
- Conduct site visits, needs assessments, and project walkthroughs
- Maintain an active pipeline and track opportunities through the sales process
- Represent the company at networking events, industry functions, and client meetings
- Collaborate with internal project management, design, and installation teams to ensure successful project execution
Qualifications

Experienced Professionals
Candidates with backgrounds in any of the following are encouraged to apply:

Existing professional relationships within Naples, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, Estero, Sarasota, or the broader Southwest Florida market are a significant advantage and will be reflected in compensation.
New to the Industry
We are also open to candidates without commercial furniture experience. If you have strong communication skills, a professional presence, and the drive to build relationships, we will provide the training and support to help you succeed.
Candidates with backgrounds in customer-facing roles, account management, recruiting, hospitality, athletics, or other relationship-driven fields are encouraged to apply. A base draw is available during the ramp-up period.
