What The Position is About:
- Build and lead the marketing department, overseeing all marketing, brand development, and lead generation for the company
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to maximize lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth
- Oversee and actively optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing marketing team
- Manage marketing vendors, agencies, and third-party relationships
- Maintain marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing ROI
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing initiatives with company goals and optimize lead management processes
- Develop and deliver reports on KPIs, campaign performance, and marketing effectiveness
- Track and review campaigns for improvement opportunities
- Maintain up to date on industry trends and developments that may affect the market
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- 3-5 years of marketing leadership experience, preferably within the residential construction industry
- The ability to build a comprehensive marketing plan
- Well-rounded marketing experience (digital, traditional, call center, and canvassing)
