What are the responsibilities and job description for the MNsure Navigator-Spanish Speaker position at Briva Health?
Please note, this position requires applicants be fluent in English and Spanish, and the ability to work in-person at our office in Minneapolis or Brooklyn Center.
Briva Health has immediate openings for Navigators in its MNsure program. The Navigator will provide Minnesotans reliable, up to date information, and assist with enrolling people into the MNsure marketplace.
Responsibilities:
- Provide in-person and over the phone MNsure application assistance to consumers
- Enter and update data in a client management system
- Provide information and services in a culturally and linguistically appropriate manner
- Establish and maintain MNsure certification and knowledge of public and private health insurance information
- Demonstrate sensitivity, empathy regarding human service issues.
- Project a non-judgmental attitude towards those requiring assistance.

Position Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Fluent in English and Spanish
