What are the responsibilities and job description for the MNsure Navigator - Somali Speaker position at Briva Health?
Please note, this position requires applicants be fluent in English and Somali.
Briva Health has immediate openings for Navigators in its MNsure program. The Navigator will provide Minnesotans reliable, up to date information, and assist with enrolling people into the MNsure marketplace. This position will be based out of our Minneapolis office with a Monday through Friday schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Provide in-person and over the phone MNsure application assistance to consumers
- Enter and update data in a client management system
- Provide information and services in a culturally and linguistically appropriate manner
- Establish and maintain MNsure certification and knowledge of public and private health insurance information
- Demonstrate sensitivity, empathy regarding human service issues.
- Contacting residents all over the metro area and providing education and trying to set up appointments with these residents to help set up their Medical Assistance or MinnesotaCare renewals

Position Requirements:

- Call center, customer service, or hotline experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
