We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Processor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, reviewing, and managing customer orders while ensuring timely fulfillment and excellent service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong communication and data entry skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and process customer orders into a system
- Review orders for completeness, pricing, and product availability
- Coordinate with kitchen, , and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Resolve order discrepancies, including billing or shipping issues
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions
- Communicate order status updates to customers as needed
- Assist with returns, exchanges, and cancellations
- Follow company policies and procedures for order processing
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order processing, data entry, or administrative roles preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and order management systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent time-management skills
- Team spirit, with a customer-focused attitude
- Flexibility to work in shifts between 6am-8pm, holidays, last minute help needed
