Job Summary
Precision SiteWork is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead field crews on commercial, municipal, and residential site development projects throughout Northwest Arkansas.
This position is responsible for supervising daily concrete operations while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to company quality standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong field knowledge in concrete paving, curb, flatwork, and structural concrete operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise concrete crews on active construction projects
- Coordinate daily work activities with Superintendents and Project Managers
- Manage production for: Curbs and gutters, Sidewalks, Flatwork, Concrete paving, Headwalls, Flumes, Inlet structures, Manholes
- Read and interpret plans, grades, specifications, and concrete layout information
- Ensure work is completed to required line, grade, and cross slope tolerances
- Coordinate labor, equipment, concrete deliveries, and material needs
- Oversee stringless curb machines when required
- Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety policies
- Track daily production quantities, manpower, and equipment usage
- Identify and resolve field issues proactively
- Maintain high standards for workmanship, cleanliness, and organization
- Perform quality control inspections before and during concrete placement
- Assist with scheduling and short-term production planning
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 5 years of concrete construction experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading crews or serving in a foreman role
- Strong knowledge of concrete forming, placement, finishing, and curing
- Experience with municipal, roadway, commercial, or subdivision concrete work
- Ability to read construction plans and grades
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred
- Experience operating a stringless curb machine (preferred but not required)
- GPS grade control knowledge
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
- CDL license (preferred but not required)
