Responsibilities

• Full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients
• Bank, credit card, loan, and cash reconciliations
• Transaction categorization in QBO
• Fixed asset tracking and depreciation
• Monthly financial statement preparation and review
• Sales & Use Tax preparation and filing
• Payroll processing
• Quarterly payroll compliance support
• 1099 year-end processing
• Clear, professional communication with clients and internal team
• Use and learn firm tools (QBO, Karbon, Intuit)

Requirements

• 2 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
• Strong reconciliation and cash-basis accounting skills
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to learn new software quickly

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in public accounting or multi-client environments

Salary

• $45,000 – $60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
