Swim Instructor & Lifeguard

Job Summary
Join our vibrant aquatic team as a Swim Instructor & Lifeguard, where you will play a vital role in promoting water safety, teaching swimming skills, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants. Thorough training on our exclusive aquatics program is provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct swimming lessons for individuals of various ages and skill levels, utilizing teaching methods that promote confidence and skill development.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting our families and students with questions, explaining a students progress or safety concerns.
• Monitor pool areas continuously to ensure the safety of all swimmers, enforcing rules and responding swiftly to emergencies.

Skills

• Proven lifeguard experience with current certification in CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguarding standards a plus.
• Experience working with children or students in educational or childcare settings.
• Ability to engage participants of all ages through motivating instruction and positive reinforcement.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly convey safety procedures and instructional techniques.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
