- Days & Hours:
- Wednesdays: 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM
- Fridays: 3:30 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Responsibilities
- Meet and greet our families, answer questions and provide excellent customer service.
- Supervise daily deck operations, including guest services and safety protocols to ensure seamless experiences.
- Maintain detailed reports on operations, incidents, guest feedback, and staff performance to support continuous improvement efforts.
Experience
- Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills for decision-making and guest interactions.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards including first aid and CPR certification is highly desirable.
