The Swim Instructor position at British Swim School of Lancaster is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others and have a great time while doing it! British Swim School was founded in 1981 and we are the premium water safety and learn-to-swim program in the United States. We are looking for individuals that want a fun and rewarding job to join our amazing team of swim instructors!
No competitive swimming background or experience teaching needed!

What we need from you
- Love for working with kids
- Consistent work ethic
- Lots of energy and a positive attitude
- Ability to swim different swim strokes
- Willing to become Lifeguard/CPR/First Aid certified (automatic pay increase when obtained)
- Able to attend shifts at our different Lancaster pool locations
- Eager to join a group who loves seeing growth and progress from their students
British Swim School of Lancaster is looking for instructors at our Brethren Village, Willow Valley and Schreiber Pediatric locations!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.25 - $23.25 per hour
