Now Hiring: Swim Instructors – Stoneham, MA – Start This Week
$20-22/hr | Part-time, 10-20 hrs/week | Paid training, no certification required to start
Join British Swim School as a Swim Instructor and teach swimmers ages 3 months and up using our proven, gentle, progressive lesson program. We provide all the training — you bring the energy.
Pay & Perks:

- 5% pay bump for lifeguard certification — and we'll pay for you to get certified

What You'll Do:
- Teach swim lessons to children and adults following our training standards
- Work a set class schedule (in the water for the shift)
- Report to and support the Aquatics Director
- Complete required BSS-specific training (paid)
What You Need:
- Experience working with children
- Reliable transportation
- Enthusiastic, dependable, and a strong communicator
- Comfortable and capable in the water
- Comfortable receiving and applying feedback
Nice to Have (not required):
- Competitive swim background
- Customer service experience
- Lifeguard/First Aid/CPR/AED certification
- Availability at both our Saugus and Stoneham locations
