The role

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Personal Assistant to the President BritBox North America &General Manager, BritBox International
Provide full and comprehensive board-level support to the President BritBox North America & General Manager, BritBox International including managing a very busy calendar, meetings, expenses, travel and generally helping him manage his demanding workload as effectively and efficiently as possible.

Responsibilities:
Supporting the President BritBox North America & General Manager, BritBox International :
- Act as the primary point of contact for this Senior executive and member of the BBC Studios Senior Leadership team, managing and prioritizing communication effectively.
- Coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations.
- Anticipate his needs and proactively provide support to ensure his day-to-day operations run smoothly.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Serve as a liaison between him and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining positive relationships and ensuring seamless communication.
- Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Provide general administrative support, including managing expenses, processing invoices, and other ad hoc tasks as needed.
- Manage his unwieldy Email and inbox, sifting the urgent from the important, and clearing those which are neither urgent nor important.
- Co-ordinate all internal and international travel arrangements, managing multiple timezones with ease.
- Keep track of/claim expenses and ensure these are claimed quickly
- Inter-business liaison; managing relationships with internal and external clients/colleagues; a good ambassador for BritBox.
Other additional duties may include (but not limited to)
- Provide ad-hoc support in arranging large multi-departmental meetings.
- Assist with the production of presentations and/or material delivery.
- Ensure that meeting rooms are booked for meetings and set up as required.
- Reception duties for external stakeholders, collect external guests from main reception, ensure they have refreshments, etc.
- Act responsibly and maintain strict confidentiality at all times, especially around sensitive company information or personnel matters
- Collaborating with existing BBI Executive Assistant (NY) as and when needed on broader projects, events and wider team meetings
Knowledge and Experience
The role requires the following skills & capabilities:
- This is a busy role that needs a strong ability to prioritise tasks and work with agility and pace.
- The candidate must be highly organised and have a proven ability to work at speed and prioritise conflicting needs across a wide spread of work.
- Demonstrated experience providing C-suite/Director-level PA support
- Sound administrative skills including meeting organisation and diary management
- Discretion and confidentiality are paramount; the ability to handle sensitive information with tact and diplomacy is essential.
- Must be calm, self motivated and confident.
- Demonstrable ability to operate well within a team.
- Flexible and creative approach to problem solving.
- Proactive self starter with initiative and accuracy and proven organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and be able to define priorities
- Enthusiastic and efficient, positive and proactive
- Confident communicator with strong written skills; good eye for detail
- Ability to build relationships across departments
- Technical skills: proficiency in GSuite, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel essential
- A good knowledge of BBCS as a business and passion for British TV
We work flexibly at BritBox, to support new markets some work may be conducted outside of US business hours to coordinate with territories in other time zones.

Salary Range: $60-75K base salary competitive benefits bonus potential
Please note that the salary range is intended to give as an indicator of the salaries that could be attributed to the breadth or experience for a given role. All candidates will be measured based on their level of experience.
