Accounting Clerk

Bristol-Plymouth Regional Technical School is seeking a Full-Time Accounting Clerk. This is a permanent, full-time position with excellent salary and benefit package. The Accounting Clerk provides administrative and financial support to the Business Office by performing a variety of accounting and clerical duties related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing, and general ledger operations. The successful candidate will demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a busy office. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: -High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred. -Minimum of three (3) years of related accounting or bookkeeping experience including accounts payable/receivables and clerical experience; school business office experience preferred. -Strong organization and communication skills. -Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software (experience with Infinite Visions preferred). -Knowledge of Massachusetts municipal/school accounting procedures desirable. -Ability to handle confidential information and work independently.
