Bristol City Council’s Housing & Landlord Services are currently recruiting a Business Support Officer to join our Disrepair team..

Reporting to the department head you will be responsible for day-to-day administration within the team as well as project led functions. An administration or customer service background is essential.

You will need to be a team player who is able to communicate effectively with colleagues across all departments.

This is a fast paced role and you have to be able to work under pressure and feel confident with prioritising your tasks throughout the day.

Knowledge of repairs and workflow systems would be beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.

You will hold a GCSE Maths & English or equivalent or proven experience that demonstrates ability in these areas.
