What You'll Do
- Perform residential and/or commercial cleaning services according to company standards
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists and procedures
- Communicate professionally with clients and the company
- Document cleaning company work
- Report any issues, damages, missing supplies, or client concerns
- Occasionally accept short-notice cleaning opportunities when available

- Comfortable using cleaning products and equipment

- Must be able to pass a background check
- Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
Schedule & Flexibility
This is a part-time position with a flexible, variable schedule based on customer demand.
We understand that part-time employees have other responsibilities, so we will work with you to establish your regular availability.
Work volume may vary from week to week. As our client base grows, there will be opportunities for additional hours and increased responsibility.
Short-notice assignments may occasionally be available.
Our goal is to provide as much scheduling notice as possible while maintaining flexibility for both our employees and our clients.
Compensation & Growth

Transportation
Reliable transportation is required because assignments take place at different customer locations throughout the Memphis area.
Our primary service area is Memphis and surrounding areas. Employees may occasionally be offered assignments outside the standard service area. Any extended travel will be discussed in advance.
