Together we design and produce proprietary product lines, including:

• Davenport multi-spindle screw machines (Model B & Hybrid)
• Thread rolling attachments
• Thread rolls, specialty dies and tooling
• Cold Root Rolling SystemsJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead daily operations at our manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for driving safe, efficient production while building a positive, accountable workplace culture. The ideal candidate is hands-on, people-focused, and results driven.Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support hourly and salaried employees; address employee relations issues fairly and consistently
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high quality standards
• Manage labor hours to achieve optimal productivity and cost control
• Reduce scrap, rework, and waste through continuous improvement initiatives
• Promote a positive, safety-focused culture built on teamwork, accountability, and respect
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and engineering to improve uptime and processes
• Monitor KPIs including efficiency, scrap rates, attendance, and safety metrics
• Coach, train, and develop supervisors and team leads
• Enforce company policies and support HR initiativesQualifications:
• Proven experience as a Plant Manager or senior manufacturing leader
• Strong background in employee relations and team leadership
• Demonstrated success improving productivity and reducing scrap
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processed and lean principles
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to lead by example on the production floor
