The Brine Group is conducting a search for a Lead Physical Therapist on behalf of a growing outpatient rehabilitation organization preparing to launch a new clinic in Saugus, Massachusetts.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Physical Therapist who is excited by the prospect of helping build a practice from the ground up. As the first clinical hire for this location, you will play an important role in establishing clinical excellence, delivering exceptional patient care, and helping shape the future growth of the practice.

Position Highlights

• Lead Physical Therapist role with significant autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient physical therapy setting.
• Develop individualized treatment plans designed to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Deliver evidence-based care across a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Build strong relationships with patients, physicians, and referral sources.
• Help establish clinical protocols and best practices for the new clinic.
• Collaborate with business development and referral management resources to support practice growth.
• Provide leadership and mentorship as the clinical team expands.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Massachusetts Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Outpatient orthopedic, neurological, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Desire to take on leadership responsibilities and contribute to clinic growth.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to exceptional patient care.
• Vestibular and balance experience is welcomed but not required. Comprehensive training is available.
