Responsibilities:
- Create content for social media and other marketing collateral pieces.
- Participate in the drafting, editing, and publishing of marketing materials.
- Create social media campaigns.
- Write and update content for company website.
- Assist in the production of marketing collateral pieces.
- Update company and employee databases with the most current information.
- Approve and forward incoming mail.
- Answer the phone and respond to voicemail messages.
- Sort, open, and distribute incoming mail.
- Organize, schedule, and rearrange meetings.
- Create a calendar of all meetings taking place at the company.

Pay: $40,262.00 - $46,625.00 per year
