RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform accurate order picking using RF scanners and manual methods to fulfill customer orders promptly.
- Assemble products or components according to specifications, maintaining quality control standards throughout the process.
- Stencil traffic cones for custom orders
- Stock shelves and organize materials in designated areas to optimize warehouse distribution flow.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, update stock levels in the warehouse management system, and report discrepancies or damages.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper handling of heavy items through manual handling techniques or mechanical aids.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to order fulfillment, packaging efficiency, and warehouse safety standards.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be able to list at least 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to bend, stoop, reach constantly
- Forklift certification required. (If expired we will recert)
- Reliable
- A strong sense of urgency and time organization is must
- The ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
