BrilliSkin is revolutionizing access to dermatologic care with a fast, affordable, and inclusive tele-dermatology platform. Users can connect with a board-certified dermatologist within 24 hours at 10% of the cost of a traditional visit by simply snapping a few photos of their skin concern.
BrilliSkin breaks down the barriers of geography and cost to make expert skincare accessible to everyone. We are on a mission to make skin health a right, not a privilege.
Launched in 2024 in New York by a team of doctors, the company aims to grow worldwide. BrilliSkin is now seeking a seasoned Co-founder to help build and scale the organization through launch and multi-state expansion.
Role Description:
Note that the company is a startup and will soon be raising money. This is a contract remote role for a Co-founder who will provide fulltime focus. There is no salary until the company raises enough money.
The Co-founder will oversee daily operations, ensure operational efficiency, and drive strategic growth. Responsibilities include business planning, managing operations, developing and maintaining budgets, and guiding financial activities to ensure business sustainability. They will also analyze performance data to make informed decisions and streamline company processes.
Qualifications:
- Telehealth background
- Startup background
- Ideally based in NYC or nearby
- Proven skills in Business Planning and Operations Management
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in Finance and Budgeting
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the healthcare or technology industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
