As our Healthcare & Life Sciences business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to help build high-performing teams across consulting, healthcare, life sciences, data, AI, product, and technology functions.
Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven recruiter with experience hiring talent within Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, Digital Health, and Healthcare Technology sectors.
The ideal candidate is a strong sourcer and relationship builder who can identify, engage, and attract high-quality candidates for niche and hard-to-fill positions. This role will work closely with hiring managers, practice leaders, and business stakeholders to support strategic hiring initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Partner with Healthcare & Life Sciences leaders to understand hiring needs and talent requirements.
- Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates across healthcare, life sciences, consulting, and technology domains.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
- Recruit for roles including:
- Healthcare & Life Sciences Consulting
- Pharmaceutical & Biotechnology
- Medical Devices
- Digital Health
- Healthcare Product Management
- Data & Analytics
- Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
- Cloud & Digital Engineering
- Program & Project Management
- Conduct candidate screenings and evaluate technical, functional, and domain expertise.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Provide regular pipeline updates and recruiting metrics to hiring managers and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of recruiting experience with a focus on Healthcare and Life Sciences hiring.
- Proven experience recruiting for healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare technology organizations.
- Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent acquisition platforms.
- Experience recruiting for both business and technology roles.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced consulting environment.
