The Role
Presidio is seeking an experienced Contract Technical Recruiter to support a critical hiring initiative focused on building our gotomarket sales organization. This contract role will partner closely with Engineering Leadership and the Talent Acquisition team to attract, assess, and close highly skilled sales professionals within a fastpaced, performancedriven environment.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in technical recruiting, thrives in highvolume hiring scenarios, and is able to deliver results quickly while maintaining a high bar for candidate quality and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead fullcycle recruiting Engineering (Data Engineers, Product Engineers, Cloud Architects, AI Engineers, etc.)
- Deliver 20 successful hires over a 3month engagement, balancing speed with quality
- Partner closely with Engineering Leaders to understand business priorities, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles
- Proactively source talent through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and market mapping-going beyond inbound applicants
- Conduct thorough candidate screening, assessment, and interview coordination
- Manage offer processes, including candidate negotiation and offer acceptance
- Maintain accurate documentation and tracking within the ATS and recruiting dashboards
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Presidio, delivering a professional and engaging candidate experience
- Provide regular updates on pipeline health, hiring progress, and risks to delivery timelines
Required Qualifications:
- 10 years of recruiting experience in a technical environment
- Experience supporting highvolume hiring initiatives under tight timelines
- Strong sourcing skills and comfort engaging passive candidates
- Ability to influence and partner effectively with senior Sales stakeholders
- Excellent organizational, communication, and prioritization skills
- Comfort operating in a fastmoving, resultsoriented contract role
- Background recruiting for B2B technology, managed services, or professional services organizations
- Experience hiring across multiple regions or territories
Success Metrics:
- Achieve 20 accepted offers per quarter
- Maintain strong hiring manager satisfaction and candidate experience scores
- Consistently deliver diverse, wellqualified candidate slates
- Meet agreedupon timetofill targets for sales roles
