Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and process daily SharePoint credit requests, payment requests, and quick/hot check requests.
- Develop a strong understanding of various payment methods.
- Enter vendor invoices and credit notes related to SharePoint payment requests into the accounting system.
- Ensure all necessary approvals are received before processing credit request payments.
- Partner closely with the Treasury Manager on key initiatives, including:
- Automating and streamlining the credit board process.
- Improving the company-wide disbursement process.
- Establishing new international pooling centers.
- Implementing intercompany netting strategies to reduce FX exposure and banking fees.
- Participate in weekend coverage rotation for SharePoint credit request monitoring.
- Perform additional treasury and accounting duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5 years of experience in accounting and/or treasury operations.
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables; macros not required).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to navigate multiple ERP and banking systems efficiently.
- 1–3 years of direct Treasury experience (especially in high-volume environments).
- Experience in banking or large corporate accounting environments.
- Working knowledge of AS400, CargoWise, or similar ERP systems.
- Familiarity with corporate banking platforms and portals.
