This is an opportunity to work for a respected global organization within the power and energy sector. They are looking for a contract/consultant for a 4-6 month project.
What You'll Do
- Set up customers, projects, contracts, and intercompany billing within Deltek Costpoint
- Support domestic and international projects, including multi-currency billing, foreign taxes, withholding requirements, and retention billing
- Assist with monthly intercompany billing processes
- Prepare accurate and timely client invoices in accordance with contract terms and billing arrangements
- Assemble invoice packages and supporting documentation for Project Manager review and approval
- Submit invoices through client portals and other required channels
- Maintain complete billing records and supporting documentation
- Perform project closeouts and billing reconciliations
- Reconcile open billing details to the General Ledger
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and client inquiries
- Support additional project accounting and billing activities as needed
What We're Looking For
- Experience with project billing, contract billing, or project accounting
- Deltek Costpoint experience strongly preferred, Workday is a plus
- Understanding of intercompany transactions and project-based billing environments
- Experience with international billing, multi-currency transactions, or government contracting is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a collaborative environment
Salary : $45 - $55
