Job Title: Deductions Coordinator
Location: Lisle, IL (100% Remote-1-2 days/month in office)
Pay Range: $24/HR-$28/HR (Based on experience & qualifications)

Brilliant Financial Staffing has been engaged in a search for a Deductions Coordinator, for our client in the manufacturing industry. This manufacturing company is a well-established organization who provides various meat products. This Deductions Coordinator will be working alongside a team of others and be hired on a temporary to hire basis. This would be a great opportunity for a Deductions Coordinator to gain experience with a large well-known organization. The ideal Deductions Coordinator candidate would be able to interview immediately and start shortly after.

Deductions Coordinator Responsibilities
- Identifying, researching, and resolving, customer deductions
- Entering contracts, clearing deductions
- Communicate with customers to address issues with deductions
- Research discrepancies by collaborating with Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and other internal teams
- Processing credit/debit notes
- Assisting with annual audit of receivables
- 2 years of Deductions experience
- Experience handling big box retail accounts
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills-Pivot Tables & VLOOKUP’s
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
