- Ensure compliance with firm policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with partners and senior leadership to support business development and firm initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA required
- 5 years of public accounting experience with increasing responsibility in audit
- Prior supervisory or management experience preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and GAAS
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Desire to work in a supportive, growth-oriented environment with genuine balance
