We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Configuration Administrator to support the ongoing administration, configuration, and optimization of our NetSuite platform. This individual contributor role will play a key part in aligning the system with evolving business needs, ensuring smooth daily operations, and driving process improvements across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily administration and configuration of the NetSuite platform, including user roles, permissions, workflows, and integrations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to assess business requirements and implement solutions that enhance financial and operational processes.
- Configure and maintain NetSuite modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and related financial functions.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Support upgrades, new releases, and ongoing system enhancements while ensuring compliance with internal controls and best practices.
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and customizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5 years of hands-on NetSuite administration and configuration experience.
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite financial modules, including General Ledger and Accounts Payable.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience working in a diversified or multi-entity organization preferred.
- Contract-to-Hire: Opportunity for conversion to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
- Hybrid Schedule: Minimum of 3 days onsite per week required.
