Responsible for creation of new LE in SuccessFactor across multiple modules
Provides business analysis, problem solving, project management and overall HRIS planning and consulting for designated areas of HRIS.
Works closely with HR client group to define, analyze and document the business processes, systems and data in order to provide effective solutions.
Partners with users and IT professionals for needs assessment, process improvements, recommended solutions and implementation of applications.
Maintains and communicates design standards to be used for all HRIS tools, including visual interface specifications, used for all HRIS tools, including visual interface specifications, standards and practices.
Participates in the development and implementation of programs to improve documentation and communication between HRIS and HR function.
Acts as project lead on local projects and may lead global project.
Requires 8-10 years of SuccessFactors experience
Strong client service, interpersonal, and confidentiality skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong project management skills.
Strong analytical and Excel skills.
Strong presentation skills and ability to influence at the management level.
Demonstrated ability to work with global teams.
