Job Summary
We are seeking an IT Vendor Management Specialist to support procurement, vendor management, and strategic sourcing activities. This role focuses on vendor onboarding, contract management, sourcing events, and ensuring compliance across IT vendors and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support vendor onboarding, performance tracking, and issue resolution
- Manage contract renewals, documentation, and compliance tracking
- Coordinate IT sourcing activities (RFPs, RFQs, vendor evaluations)
- Collaborate with IT, finance, and legal teams on procurement needs
- Maintain vendor records, track invoices, and support audit readiness
- 5 years of experience in IT procurement/vendor management
- Experience with contracts, sourcing, and vendor negotiations
- Knowledge of software licensing (SaaS, subscription, etc.)
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Excel and procurement tools
- Experience with VARs, asset management, and vendor scorecards
- Ability to support process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
